Paul Fastner

Paul is an incredible asset to our team. He does a really great job with projects of all sizes on our development team. We trust Paul because he consistently takes on projects that might be very complex or complicated and delivers results that are better than expected. He is good at understanding the underlying problem, getting context, making sure everyone shares the vision, then going and building it out. He is open minded, humble, and accommodating. You can take a fuzzy idea to him and work it through together, nearly always walking away with something better than what you started with.
