Katie Mocol

Katie has been such a champ. Through operation zero and stepping up with all things upholstery related, she's been a powerhouse. And she never complains. She takes on so much content/publishing work and always keeps her eye on the prize. She goes into each project,task, and day with intent to produce high quality work. Whether it's custom work for Baers, taking on a ridiculous amount of random requests that come in from retailers, or pushing herself and the upholstery initiative to continue down a good path, Katie proceeds with humility and great intent. She stays self-critical in order to improve her own skills and mindset. She's always here to lend a helping hand, train, and keep our team's standards high.

Katie has really been living and breathing what it takes to be the "Best Person In the World." I love working with her.
